There is no need to postpone celebration.
Immediately, right this moment you can celebrate.
Nothing else is needed.
To celebrate, life is needed and life you have.
To celebrate, being is needed and being you have.
To celebrate, trees and birds and stars are needed, and they are there.
What else do you need?

Breathe Your Body Alive

Thursday 19th April 2018 - Sunday 22nd April 2018
From 19:00 PM to 16:30 PM

We are delighted to welcome back to the UK an old friend, Aneesha Dillon. Aneesha started her career in this country as a student therapist more than 40 years ago, and returns as one of the world’s leading body-oriented therapists. She is one of the individuals to whom Osho gave the use of his name to create Osho Therapy, and she is the founder of Osho Pulsation. This is a meeting of neo-Reichian breath and body therapy with meditation and Osho’s spiritual insights. This profound method has helped many thousands of people all over the world in more than 20 countries.

Pulsation has a kinship with Osho’s Dynamic meditation. As in Dynamic, there is breathing to invite the body to surrender to movements arising from the deepest inner sources beyond the rational mind. This releases trapped emotions and re-connects with spontaneous natural impulses. This work is exactly intended  as the kind of therapy which Osho proposes most people need to do in order to go deeply into meditation.

This is Aneesha’s first workshop in England for over ten years.
For more explanation of Osho Pulsation, videos by Aneesha, and full information on the workshop, please see here.

Dying to Live

Friday 15th June 2018 - Sunday 17th June 2018
From 19:00 PM to 18:00 PM

This workshop is suitable for anyone facing death in the next 90yrs! We live in a society conditioned to deny death. It’s a taboo subject and is often seen as a failure or at best ‘unfortunate’. We live as if we live forever, ignoring the truth of change and impermanence. Yet the acknowledgement of them holds the key to life itself. To be truly conscious in our lives and
present to each moment means to ‘let-go’- to die to the last moment
and open to the next-to live and die consciously, moment to moment.
Death is the ultimate ‘let-go’. From the moment of our birth our bodies
are dying, so the more we face the fears of our own death the more we
are able to love and celebrate our lives now.

This weekend is not just about the ‘big death’ at the end of life but
also about all the ‘little deaths ‘…the transitions…child to adult. ..
married…divorced …menopause…growing older. etc. We will use image-making, meditation, writing and other experiential ways
of exploring these themes To support participants on their own inner
journey they will be asked to stay in silence during the workshop.
